These terms apply to your use of Farm Island. By downloading or using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms and the rules of the Apple App Store.

The service

Farm Island is an entertainment app that places a virtual animal in a Live Activity on supported iPhones. Features may include animal selection, feeding, happiness, reactions, and Dynamic Island or Lock Screen presentation.

Device and system requirements

Some features require a compatible iPhone, a supported iOS version, Live Activities to be enabled, and network access. Apple controls how long Live Activities remain active and where they appear. Farm Island cannot guarantee uninterrupted Dynamic Island availability.

Purchases

Farm Island does not currently offer in-app purchases. If purchases are introduced in the future, they will be processed by Apple and subject to the App Store's billing, refund, and account rules.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to Farm Island or its supporting services, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

Changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be unavailable due to device, operating system, network, or maintenance conditions.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farm Island is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the app.
